Delete your Upstak account
You can delete your account in the app (Settings → Account → Delete account) or here, without the app.
What gets deleted
Everything the server holds about you, at once and for good: your email address, onboarding answers, plans, scan results and measurements, the exercises you ticked off, and every phone's sign-in. There is no grace period and nothing is kept. Your camera video was never stored, so there is nothing to delete there. You can sign up again later with the same email; you'll start with an empty account.

Can't get the code?
Check your spam folder, and wait a minute before asking for a new code. If you no longer have access to that email, write to hello@upstak.app and we'll help. See the privacy policy for what Upstak stores.
